I myself have over 26 years in the collection industry collecting on consumer and commercial debt. We have several advantages that benefit our clients. First, we dedicate far more time to your files than a run-of-the-mill collection services that usually only works your files on a dialer. An account on an automated dialer does not get the attention or time that it deserves. Unfortunately some agencies are more concerned with collector time spent on a file rather than quality time spent working that file. This is where we are different, we are more concerned with the quality of time spent on your file. This means anything from negotiating a payment arrangement to skiptracing the account.

I wear several hats at my company. Unlike sales people that sell a service, I’m also on the phone collecting and skiptracing. I attend the American Collectors Association, California Association of Collectors and Montana Association of Collectors chapter meetings to help keep my office and yours apprised of new and changing laws that affect the collection industry and in some cases, my client’s industry.
