Terms & Conditions for One-Time Passcode (OTP) Opt-In:

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the One-Time Passcode (OTP) Opt-In feature ("Feature") provided by Metropolitan Collection Agency ("Company," "We," or "Us"). By opting into and using this Feature, you ("User" or "You") agree with these Terms.

1. into the OTP Feature:
   By choosing to opt-in to the OTP Feature, You consent to receiving one-time passcodes for authentication and verification purposes via SMS, email, or other designated communication channels.
2. User Responsibilities:
   You are responsible for the security and confidentiality of the OTPs delivered to You.
   You agree not to share OTPs with unauthorized individuals.
   You must promptly notify Us if You suspect any unauthorized use of the OTPs.
3. Data Usage:
   We collect and store the data required for OTP generation and delivery.
   We may use this data to enhance the security of Your client portal and improve our services.
   This data is private and confidential and will not be shared under any circumstances with any third party.
4. Security Acknowledgment:
   Security measures are taken to protect your OTPs however no system is one hundred percent secure, and we cannot guarantee abosolute security.
   Part of that security relies on the end user and their security protocals.

6. Governing Law:
   These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of State of Montana, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
